Unfortunately, there are some of us who are forced to work on Saturdays. Thus, we are denied the sweet pleasure of watching a full day of magical SEC Football. For those of you who are lucky enough to be off on Saturday, congratulations. You have a slate of great games to pick from.

Unfortunately, you probably have only one pair of eyeballs. (EDITOR’S NOTE: If you have more or less than one pair you probably should see a doctor). This means you can only watch one game at a time. Here at Southbound and Down, we’ve taken the liberty of deciding what the best games are. And now we will tell you which games to watch, when, and how, so that you might have the best Saturday possible. Enjoy.

Game 1: Georgia at Ole Miss, 11am CT, ESPN

Also at this time: Kent State at Alabama, SEC Network

The SEC Football slate kicks off with a bang this week. The 12th ranked Bulldogs face the 23rd ranked Rebels in a clash of top 25 foes. It will be interesting to see how the quarterbacks perform. Chad Kelly has the experience, but he’s facing the better secondary. Jacob Eason will have his chances against a banged up Ole Miss defense. And of course there’s Nick Chubb. This is definitely going to be a fun game. When it’s over switch to…

Game 2: Florida at Tennessee, 2:30pm CT, CBS

Also at this time: Mississippi State at UMass, ESPN3

This should be another great game between ranked conference foes. Tennessee has been unimpressive so far this season. But they still have a lot of talent. Florida, on the other hand, has looked dominant. Their defense is particularly nasty. Unfortunately for the Gators, they will be without starting quarterback Luke Del Rio. Can Austin Appleby lead the Gators to a tough road win? I don’t know. But I’m eager to find out. When this one’s done switch to…

Game 3: LSU at Auburn 5pm CT, ESPN

Also on at this time: Delaware State at Missouri, 3pm CT, SEC Network

More from SEC Football

Vanderbilt at Western Kentucky, 3:30 pm CT, CBS Sports Network

This one should be yet another fantastic game. Auburn is reeling right now. LSU looks to have found new life under quarterback Danny Etling. Can a stingy Auburn defense stop a suddenly potent LSU attack? Can the Auburn offense get going with Sean White or John Franklin III at quarterback? Those questions will be answered soon enough. Finally, keep your dial tuned to ESPN for…

Game 4: Arkansas vs. Texas A&M 8pm CT, ESPN

Also on at this time: South Carolina at Kentucky, 6:30pm CT, SEC Network

We end the day the way we began, with a matchup between two ranked conference foes. The Aggies and Hogs will be jockeying for position in the tough SEC West. With a win, the Aggies will have cemented their status as a contender. However, if the Hogs win they will claim the dark horse role for themselves. Which team is for real? We will see.

And that’s it. Your long day of SEC Football will finally be over. But don’t despair. More high-octane SEC Football action is only a week away.
