SEC Football proves it’s the most dominant conference in college football once again.  The league now has the highest number players ever to participate in a single NFL Combine

Per Max Olson, 90 SEC players competing for the NFL scouts, the SEC has the most participants out of all the Power Five conferences.

With the second most players in the draft were the Big Ten with 53. Following them was the ACC with 46, Pac-12 39 and the Big 12 with 33.

The number of players participating shouldn’t be a surprise to people. SEC schools are the fast track to the NFL.

Last year in the NFL’s conference championships there were 41 players from the SEC playing. On this year’s Super Bowl winner, the New England Patriot’s team, there were 12.

Everywhere you look there are kids from SEC schools making plays. It wouldn’t surprise me to see that number increase even more in the coming years.

13 of the 14 SEC teams will have representation during the NFL Combine. The only team without any players is Tennessee.

Of the 13 schools participating, Alabama leads the way with 11 players with Vanderbilt brings up the rear with two.

The SEC continues to show its dominance in college football and the NFL. No one does it as the SEC does.

The NFL Combine will be Feb. 28 through March 4. These 90 players will take the field at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis and show the NFL scouts what they have.

After the Combine, each SEC school will also host a pro day where scouts, coaches, and media can watch various players perform for the scouts as well.
