Columbia, S.C. was solidly rated right around ninth or tenth by most of our panelists. They didn’t hate it, didn’t love it, and some said outside of Williams-Brice Stadium, there wasn’t much to it.

There was an overwhelming sentiment that Columbia needs to offer more in terms of food and entertainment, and that the area in and surrounding campus needs an overhaul.

“Is Bojangles still the only thing they have around there?… A large open area for cars to park and tailgate is nice, but not when that’s all you have.”
