Lane Kiffin, Alabama Crimson Tide

When it was announced that Alabama hired Lane Kiffin as their new offensive coordinator, even some Alabama fans were disgusted. Kiffin, who is the former head coach of the Tennessee Vols, is still hated by the Volunteer Nation for the way he left the program. If you don’t remember, before Kiffin started his second season as the head coach in Knoxville, he dropped the program like a hot potato and ran off to take the head coaching job at USC. To the delight of many, he failed there and was out of a job. USC fans blame Kiffin for their fall in the rankings and haven’t forgiven him either. Now it seems, that Kiffin has rebounded with Alabama and he looks like an offensive genius again.  Also, it probably doesn’t help his image that he left one SEC school for another.
