A predicted early second round pick in the 2015 NBA Draft, Mickey is the best defensive player available coming out of the SEC this season.

Mickey led the SEC in rebounds per game (9.8) and blocks per game (3.6) but his abilities aren’t limited to the defensive side of the ball. Mickey averaged 15.5 points per game for the Tigers in 2014-15 and will look to make an impact on an NBA roster.
This sophomore from Arlington, Texas, will continue to put the ball in the net and will be a starter in the league next year once he wins his way into a lineup.
Mickey could either be a draft pick in the early second round and go to a team like the 76ers who continue to try and find big men to build a team around or could go undrafted and make an impact after free agency.
One way or another Mickey will end up on an NBA roster in 2015 and has a chance to make himself standout as the best SEC player in this year’s NBA Draft.
