How to Watch: ESPN

Georgia is back on our list again and this time they are facing North Carolina. Unlike the game against Georgia Tech, this will be Georgia’s first test of the season. Nick Chubb and Sony Michel may or may not be fully healthy by kickoff. Also, the quarterback situation may not be settled. It will either be Jacob Eason’s first college football game or “The Greyson Lambert Dump-off Hour.”

Of course it doesn’t help matters that North Carolina should be a very good team again this year. Last year they won the ACC Coastal and gave Clemson all they wanted before losing in the conference title game. While they did lose a few key pieces from last year’s team, they have experienced veterans ready to step in.

Prediction: This will be a very interesting game. It will be Kirby Smart’s first as a head coach, potentially the first start for Jacob Eason, and potentially the triumphant return of Nick Chubb. I think North Carolina will win because there are just too many unknowns for Georgia right now.
