Best and Worst SEC Football Performances: Week 10

Week 10 in the Southeastern Conference had some major title game implications for the top performing SEC football programs. The Tide met with LSU and Florida had a chance to clinch.
Ultimately, Alabama shut down star running back Leonard Fournette and won in Tuscaloosa, allowing them to control their own destiny for the rest of the season. If the Tide win out, they will be in the SEC title game and most likely one of the College Football Playoff final four teams.
As for the East, the Florida Gators clinched the SEC East after beating Vanderbilt on Saturday in an ugly win. They took care of business but it wasn’t pretty.
Despite the potential to lock up divisions in the conference during week 10 in the SEC, players and teams didn’t let people down in the surprise department.
