Another year, another Kentucky basketball conference title.

The Wildcats have the most realistic shot of any of the SEC teams in the tournament to make a run to the final four. And knowing the big blue nation, they won’t be satisfied with just a final four appearance. They want to win the whole thing.

After a 29-5 season, John Calipari has his team playing well at the right time. Kentucky enters the tournament on an 11-game winning streak, including their third straight conference tournament title.

Malik Monk and De’Aaron Fox were both on first-team All-SEC, and Fox was named MVP of the SEC Tournament.

Last season the Wildcats were bounced in the second round by Indiana, but they went to the final four in each of the previous two seasons.

Unfortunately Kentucky was put in the South Region, the toughest region in the tournament, but they may have what it takes to make it out and then some.

Here’s what it’ll take for the Wildcats to make it to Phoenix.
