The NBA Draft is coming up on Thursday night and there’s a few SEC basketball players who should expect to have their name called by NBA Commissioner Adam Silver.

The SEC has had some good showings in the NBA Draft in recent years, with the term “SEC” being used very loosely. The Kentucky Wildcats have become a virtual minor league team for the NBA, and that will continue in this year’s draft.

There were six players from the SEC selected in last year’s NBA Draft, with Ben Simmons from LSU going no. 1 overall. Vanderbilt had Wade Baldwin IV and Damian Jones selected in the first round of last year’s draft, while Jamal Murray, Skal Labissiere, and Tyler Ulis were the three Wildcats drafted.

While this year’s NBA Draft is not as flooded with Wildcats, there are still three that are projected to be first round picks. Here are all the SEC players that are expected to be drafted on Thursday night.
