No. 3: Potential Top Heisman Contender of the Year – Leonard Fournette, RB, LSU Tigers

He came in as a freshman last season with a lot of hype, and he lived up to almost all of it. Fournette will likely be on the list of Heisman contenders wire-to-wire this year, barring any injuries or issues stopping his carries.

The Tigers are going to be a run-first team once again, and with a year of play under his belt, Fournette will be used a lot more often than he was in 2014, and punishing defenses will be the first order of business.

LSU’s schedule features some teams with weak run defenses, so Fournette may set a few records on his way to being invited to New York for the Heisman presentation.
