4. Ole Miss Rebels (4.2/1)

Standout quarterback Bo Wallace is gone, but that doesn’t mean Rebels fans have any doubts about Ole Miss.

America’s seventeenth ranked team after bowl season, Mississippi was thinking playoffs earlier in the season before an injury to standout receiver Laqon Treadwell and crippling back to back losses to LSU and Auburn in the midseason.

What has Rebels fans talking playoffs again is not only the return of Treadwell but also the return of the notorious Landshark defense… or at least most of it. Nine returning starters return to the 2014’s 13th nationally ranked unit, including All-American defensive tackle Robert Nkemdiche.

It’ll take a solid quarterback that can navigate a tough western division for Mississippi fans to trust the offense, but that’s the only position they’ll have to replace.

A steady investment: Nearly the whole cast returns to the Grove, and ’15 will be a great opportunity to swing for the fences and try to trip up Alabama and Auburn.
