4. West Virginia at Florida
Last time Florida and West Virginia met on the hardwood was in 2003, a game that resulted in a 70-57 Gator win. For the first time since the 1995-1996 season Florida will have a head coach not named Billy Donovan. The former SEC basketball dean will be replaced by Louisiana Tech’s Michael White. Last time Michael White faced a Big 12 opponent his Louisiana Tech Bulldog’s upset Oklahoma 102-98 in 2013. Now White will have to face West Virginia and head coach Bob Huggins who has never had the opportunity to coach against the Gators.
