The Volunteers will kick off it’s SEC road schedule in Gainesville on September 26th. The Swamp in September has been known to be a dangerous place for opponents, especially when temperatures are floating right around 100 degrees. Tennessee will have to also face off against Alabama in October in Bryant Denny in week eight of the season. Luckily for the Vols, they will have a bye week before they travel to Tuscaloosa to face the defending SEC Champions. They will catch a break on the rest of their road schedule when they face Missouri, Kentucky, and Vanderbilt. All three teams combined for a 13-8 record at home.
