Pharoh Cooper, JR, WR, South Carolina
Cooper is the best returning receiver in the nation this season and will make a huge impact for the Gamecocks. In 2014, he was third in the SEC in receptions (69), second in receiving yards (1136) and fourth in receptions per game (5.3).
Cooper caught 11 touchdown passes in 2014 and in 2015 I think he will catch 15 or maybe even 20 if the Gamecocks can solidify a quarterback that can build a chemistry with Cooper. Cooper is a long shot for the Maxwell Award and is better fit to be a top pick for the best wide receiver in the country this season.
