No. 4: Will Muschamp

Yes, I am aware that Muschamp just finished a term at an SEC school in Gainesville, Florida and that he has spent six years coaching in the conference.

I do know that this Will Muschamp is going to be a different one than we have ever seen before. His roll for the Tigers may be the same as it was from 2006-2007 when he was the defensive coordinator and defensive backs coach, but the impact he can make in his return to eastern Alabama may be the new refreshing face this Auburn program needs.

In the four years Muschamp spent at Florida the Gators only dropped out of the top ten of total defense only once when they fell to 15th according to cfbstats.com. On that same token during the four year span Muschamp was at UF the Auburn Tigers cracked the top 80 in total defense just once. The hard nosed gritty style Muschamp carries to Auburn will allow the team to rebuild it’s defense a round a new face, Will Muschamp.
