Week 5 – Oct 3: Away @ Georgia – Sanford Stadium Athens, Georgia
The Tide’s first true away contest comes against the Bulldogs from Athens, Georgia when they go face to face with the favorites to win the SEC East between the hedges.
The Crimson Tide own the all-time series 37-25. This game will come down to which offense can score more points. And when these two teams need to score points, one usually comes through and the other lets all its supporting faithful down.
The Georgia Bulldogs let the fans down. The team is always ranked highly in the preseason polls and somewhere along the way the team falters and loses key matches. This will be the first key match of 2015 where the Bulldogs topple.
The Crimson Tide will show what they can do against a solid defense in this close game. Alabama will win this game by a touchdown in a low scoring affair.
Record after week 5: 4-1
