Week 10 – Home vs. Auburn, Kyle Field College Station, Texas

Murray will start for the Aggies in week 10. Aside from the change in quarterbacks moving forward for the rest of the season, look for Tra Carson to be the work horse back and key player for the offense of the Aggies.

In 2014, Carson had four games with 50+ rushing yards. In 2015, he will have at least two 100 yard games. I think they will come in weeks 10 and 11. The means the first will be against Auburn. Defensively Auburn has veteran leaders that won’t give up big plays or momentum swinging scores, but they will give up yards on the ground.

There is only so much Jonathan Jones and the Tigers defense can do in shutting down Murray in his first start and containing the running game.

I think since Auburn won’t have a lot of tape to base their defense on to scheme against Murray, the running lanes will open up for Carson in week 10.  This will help lead him to a successful second half of the season in which he is the go to guy for the Aggies.

Record after week 10: 3-6
