Week 9 – Home vs. South Carolina, Kyle Field College Station, Texas

In 2014, Texas A&M ran all over South Carolina en route to a 52-28 victory in Columbia, South Carolina. This year, the Gamecocks are seeking revenge.

In a back and forth battle of field position and converted field goal attempts, Spurrier and the boys from SC will take down a slumping Aggies side.

After the first half of the game doesn’t produce anything but turnovers and empty offensive possessions, freshman quarterback Kyler Murray will make his way into the game and keep the Aggies in the game.

The Aggies will end up losing by three but have a solid building block for the next week. They will look past the preseason praise of Kyle Allen and see that their real chance at winning games is with a different guy under center.

Record after week nine: 3-5

Next: Week 10: Auburn
