LSU lost an SEC legend this offseason when John Chavis left for Texas A&M.  With the injury to senior safety Jalen Mills, Tre’Davious White’s job as a lockdown corner will be even more vital to the Tigers in 2015.

While the goal is for Mills to return by the Auburn game, White’s contributions will still be key.  If White can be the shutdown corner many believe him to be, he will make the job of White and the rest of LSU’s secondary tremendously easier.

While LSU may claim to be ‘DBU,’  they certainly aren’t claiming to be ‘DLU.’  If the first season under Kevin Steele is to be a success, the secondary must make life miserable for opposing quarterbacks.
