Week 11 – Nov. 14: Home vs. Georgia, Jordan-Hare Stadium Auburn, Alabama
The moment it all begins to fall apart for Auburn comes in week 11. The team will lose big this season to the Bulldogs and will see their chances at the SEC title and National Championship start to slip away.
Last season, Georgia was able to handily defeat the Tigers 34-7 in Athens, Georgia, behind the running game of star back Nick Chubb.
This year, look for more of the same. Chubb will be one of three successful running backs against the Tigers this year – the others are Leonard Fournette of LSU and the running back core from Alabama… mainly because of the Tide’s offensive line.
Chubb finds the end zone three times in this game as Auburn gets blown out at home. Georgia wins by two touchdowns. The biggest issue that will need to be addressed after this game is getting the defensive linemen and linebacking core all on the same page as they get ready to take on Alabama in the Iron Bowl.
Record after week eleven: 8-2
