Week 2 – Sept. 12: Home vs. LSU, Davis Wade Stadium Starkville, Mississippi

Last season in Baton Rouge, the Bulldogs defeated the Tigers 34-29 behind three touchdowns from Dak Prescott. The Bulldogs were also able to hold Tigers running back Leonard Fournette to just 38 yards.

This year, the Bulldogs will have no such luck stopping the highly improved running game of the LSU Tigers.  And for good measure: the quarterbacks for the Tigers won’t disappoint early on in 2015 either. Last season, Harris and Jennings both took snaps in this game for the Tigers, but in 2015 they will have a definitive leader who will lead them past the Bulldogs.

The LSU defense under new defensive coordinator Kevin Steele will shut down Prescott and the wide receivers for Mississippi State and will win by at least two scores.

Record after week two: 1-1
