25 Missouri VS Kentucky

Location:  Commonwealth Stadium, Lexington, KY

Game Time:  Saturday, September 26 7:30PM ET

TV:  SEC Network

Missouri has some real work to do on offense.  Last Saturday Maty Mauk looked lackluster and it was the Missouri defense that powered the Tigers to a home victory early in the day.  Kentucky will pose a real threat and are looking to get back on track after dropping a close battle to the Florida last weekend.  This game should give us all an indication as to whether Missouri can still find wins, as in previous years, or if Kentucky still has enough gas in the tank to knock off a beatable opponent at home.

8 LSU VS Syracuse

Location:  Carrier Dome, Syracuse, NY

Game Time:  Saturday, September 26 12:00 PM ET

TV:  ESPN

The Tigers should handle Syracuse with no problem, but what makes this game worth watching is simply the man-child on offense carrying the mail for the Tigers…Leonard Fournette.  Fournette is a legitimate Heisman candidate at this point and, if injury is avoided, there’s a strong chance he wins the award.  Look for LSU to pull Fournette between the 2nd and 3rd quarters, but watching the Heisman candidate will be a treat while it lasts.  Also, how different will it be to see a school from the deep south play a northeaster opponent . . . and in a dome of all things.  This game will make a great kick-start for the football weekend.
