Florida: Keys to Win the Game

1. Defend the run game

Vols’ go-to Jalen Hurd is a solid runner, already totaling over 300 yards in college football’s first three weeks. Tennessee’s pass offense is often inconsistent, but a dually effective run and pass defense will increase the Gators’ chances of extending the rivalry’s win streak to eleven games.

2. Will Grier

We like the fact that Florida’s quarterback is making some progress, but he’ll need to extend that against these Vols. With three offensive lineman starting as true freshman, good decisions will need to be made.  Whether that decision is running it, handing it off, winging it down field or throwing it away.

3. Swamp the Vols

Firstly, let’s compliment the Gators with this epic troll. Tennessee has beaten Florida in the Swamp three times since 1992, and Florida fans will be quick to remind the Vols of that. Floridians will be in the stands on Saturday, 90,000 decked out in the color blue. Home field advantage isn’t taken too lightly in this conference.
