Tennessee: Keys to Win the Game
1. Play to Potential
They’ve almost finished that big game so many times, but the Tennessee Vols are 2-34 against top 25 competition in their last thirty-six attempts. Joshua Dobbs and the offense need to be balanced and consistent, while the defense needs to stop Will Grier in his tracks.
2. Attack the lines
Florida’s offensive line starts three true freshmen. Get to the quarterback, flush him out of the pocket, and force him to make ill-advised throws. Improvement against mobile quarterbacks is a must for this team.
3. Get the Gator off your back
It’s been approximately 3,650 days since Tennessee’s beat Florida in this sport. The Volunteers will need a strong performance and Butch Jones needs a resume building win.
