Florida State: Junior cornerback Jalen Ramsey makes big plays consistently each week. So far Ramsey has totaled 39 tackles (including two for loss), 10 broken up passes and a 36-yard scoop-and-score touchdown against Boston College.
He could have a field day this Saturday against a humdrum Florida offense.
Florida: Vernon Hargreaves III gets all of the praise for potentially being the best cornerback in college football right now, but sophomore Jalen Tabor should be in the discussion as well.
Tabor has emerged as a true lockdown corner and a consistent ballhawk throughout the season. He’s currently tied with Hargreaves with four picks on the year. If Maguire isn’t careful with the football, either one of these corners could up that stat to five interceptions.
