What is expected from the kicking game?

Let’s just be honest. The kicking game can only improve from the 2015-16 season.

The addition of junior college transfer Eddy Pineiro gives the Gators instant credibility in the kicking game overall (reference his successful 73-yard field goal attempt).

Pineiro, who actually de-committed from the University of Alabama, has proven he can consistently hit 70-yarders — in practice. He has never done so during a live game.

Booting long field goals in the gauntlet that is the SEC will be an altogether new experience for him.

But hey, the kicking game can’t get much worse than it was, can it?
