Can the Gators repeat as SEC East champions and contend for another conference title in Atlanta?

Defending a divisional crown is never easy, but that’s especially true when you play in the SEC. Granted, the East isn’t up to par with the West — but the division is improving nonetheless.

Tennessee, which pushed Florida to the brink and finished the 2015 season with six consecutive wins, will be returning the bulk of its team next year. In addition, Georgia is figured to be considerably better offensively with the return of the early-season Heisman candidate Nick Chubb from injury.

The Gators will still have some major questions at quarterback when it travels to Rocky Top on Sept. 24 and the matchup against the Bulldogs in Jacksonville follows a month later.

Both games will be key to Florida reaching Atlanta again.
