Florida:  Orange and Blue Debut

Fri. April 8, 7 p.m.

SEC Network

2015 Attendance:  21,000.

Numbers in attendance dropped from over 35,000 people in 2014 to the above listed 21,000 people in 2015.  I expect attendance will be much greater this year, even if it is to just get a look at somebody other than Treon Harris playing quarterback.  Head coach Jim McElwain found out how hard it is to win without a capable quarterback last year.

The quarterback question is the biggest position question going into the spring, but Florida does have the challenge of replacing first round talent on the defensive side of the ball.  Getting to see who is replacing Vernon Hargreaves III and Jon Bullard and monitoring the drop off will be interesting.  It is also going to be intriguing to see how Coach McElwain continues to install his offense.  “His” players, that he’s recruited, will start taking to the field and I think the sky could be the limit.  If, and only if, they can find a quarterback.  See Les Miles entire LSU career.
