SEC Basketball: Top performers at SEC Tournament

Arkansas’ sixth man, Macon, shined in the SEC Tournament. He came off the bench in each of the Razorbacks’ three games, leading the team in scoring in two of those games.
In the tournament, Macon averaged 16.7 points, 3.7 rebounds, 1.7 steals, while shooting 52 percent (16-for-31) from the field.
In the quarterfinals Macon struggled, shooting 3-for-10 from the field, but still managed to score 17 points while going 9-for-10 from the free throw line. He hit four free throws down the stretch, including two to seal the win with 24 seconds remaining.
In the Razorbacks’ 76-62 win over Vanderbilt, Macon scored 15 points on 6-for-10 shooting,
Then ,in the SEC Tournament finals, the junior led the Razorbacks with 18 points on 7-for-11 from the field.
Arkansas got an 8-seed in the NCAA Tournament and will face Seton Hall on Friday.
