The Alabama Crimson Tide started spring practice today, and even the defending SEC champions have some questions they need to answer.

Does the football season ever really end in SEC country? No.

Spring practice is already underway on campuses across the conference, and throughout the next couple of weeks we will be asking 3 spring practice questions that each SEC team needs to find an answer to heading into the 2017 season. Let’s start with the boys from Tuscaloosa for the first installment of this series (as we will go in alphabetical order).

The Crimson Tide enter spring drills seeking replacements for several key players, including All-Americans Cam Robinson (LT), Reuben Foster (MLB), and Jonathan Allen (DL), all of whom are projected to be taken in the first 38 picks of the latest 2017 NFL Mock Draft (per Bleacher Report’s Matt Miller).

Ultimately, replacing guys on the offensive line and defensive front seven has never been an issue for Alabama. And there are much larger questions that have the coals burning this offseason.
