4. Bret Bielema, Arkansas

Bielema has shown promise at Arkansas, but they’ve yet to put it all together. In seven years as the head coach at Wisconsin, he led the Badgers to a .739 winning percentage. But he was given a rude awakening when he came to the SEC.

After a 3-9 record in his first season, Arkansas has gone 22-17 the last three seasons, losing at least five games in every year he’s been there.

The Razorbacks have been the most difficult team to figure out in the SEC, and 2017 might be put up or shut up for Bielema. They’ve shown signs of improvement, but it’s about time they get the results.
