3. Auburn

The Tigers had the top rushing offense in the SEC in 2016, led by sophomores Kamryn Pettway and Kerryon Johnson.

At 6’0, 240, Pettway is like a runaway freight train when he gets going. He was leading the conference in rushing through the first nine games, but injuries limited him in the final three games of the regular season. He still managed 1,224 yards and 7 touchdowns in 2016.

The other member of Auburn’s backfield is Johnson, who rushed for 895 yards and 11 touchdowns in 2016.
