Missouri: Oct. 21 vs. Idaho

Missouri may have the weakest non-conference schedule of any SEC football team. Let me correct myself, Missouri has the weakest non-conference schedule I’ve ever seen.

The Tigers play Missouri State, Purdue, and travel to Connecticut this season. Those three teams combined to go 10-25 last season.

With that said, Idaho did go 9-4 in 2016. The Vandals suffered two blowout losses early to Washington and Washington State, but they won their final five games, including a 61-50 win in the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl over Colorado State.

Idaho might be better than some people think, but more than anything it just speaks to how weak Missouri’s out-of-conference schedule is.
