Ole Miss: Sept. 16 @ California

After a couple of cupcakes to open the season, Ole Miss will travel out west to face California. This is not only the first time in school history that Ole Miss has traveled to play a Pac-12 team on the road, this will be the first time Ole Miss has ever played a Pac-12 team period.

Cal went 5-7 last year and 3-6 in conference play. However, Cal did average 37.7 points per game, which was 22nd in the country. They even averaged 32.6 points in their seven losses last season. The Bears will also be replacing their starting quarterback Davis Webb, who was selected by the New York Giants in the third round of the NFL Draft.
