De’Aaron Fox, Kentucky

Fox is a 6’4, 171-pound point guard and he looks like the real deal. He is an elite defender that knows how to get into the lane, and if he can improve his jump shot, there are basically zero flaws in his game.

Fox averaged 16.7 points, 4.6 assists, 4.0 rebounds, and 1.5 steals last season. And while he shot 47.9 percent from the field, he only shot 24.6 percent from threes.

I’ve seen Fox projected to go as high no. 4 to the Phoenix Suns and as low as no. 5 to the Sacramento Kings. It seems to be a foregone conclusion that Lonzo Ball is going no. 2 to the Los Angeles Lakers, but it is not a foregone conclusion that Ball will be better than Fox.

NBA Comparison: John Wall, Washington Wizards
