2. LSU at Alabama

So if the Iron Bowl isn’t the to game of the SEC football season, then the LSU/Alabama game must be no. 1, right? Wrong. But this game is sure to be a classic slugfest. Last season Alabama prevailed 10-0 after the two teams were deadlocked at zero entering the fourth quarter.

And while LSU has given Alabama some great games, the Crimson Tide have dominated in recent years, but then again, who hasn’t Alabama dominated? Alabama has won six straight matchups against the Tigers, including the 2011 BCS National Championship game.

Alabama had seven players from their 2016 defense drafted in this year’s NFL Draft, while LSU had five. But with all the talent these two teams have on their rosters, they’re sure to be dominant on defense again in 2017. However, I would be surprised if the Crimson Tide shut out the Tigers again this season.
