7. Arkansas at Alabama (Oct. 14)

Not only are the Arkansas Razorbacks a sleeper in the SEC West, but they’ve also played Alabama better than just about anyone else in recent years.

The Razorbacks are actually the only team in the SEC West, and one of just five teams in the SEC that has yet to beat Nick Saban in his 10 years with the Crimson Tide, but they’ve gotten close in recent years.

They scored 30 points on Alabama’s dominant defense in last year’s loss, and in 2014, the Razorbacks arguable should’ve beaten the Tide, but lost 14-13.

Alabama lost over half of their starters from last year’s defense, and Arkansas returns one of the only senior quarterbacks in the SEC in Austin Allen. But the Crimson Tide return a pretty good quarterback in their own right in 2016 SEC Offensive Player of the Year in Jalen Hurts.

While each of these teams have some challenges before their mid-October showdown, don’t be surprised if they’re both undefeated going into this game.
