Music City Bowl

The Kentucky Wildcats (7-5, 4-4 SEC) are set to play the Northwestern Wildcats (9-3, 7-2 Big Ten) in the Music City Bowl in Nashville, Tenn. on Dec. 29.

Northwestern is coming off of a seven-game winning streak, which includes three straight overtime wins from earlier in the season. The Northwestern Wildcats are looking to keep their winning streak alive in order to achieve a 10-win season. Northwestern is the favorite to win the Music City Bowl.

However, Kentucky is playing in back to back bowl games for the first time since 2010. Kentucky has not won a bowl game since they defeated East Carolina in the Liberty Bowl in 2008. The Kentucky Wildcats are probably pretty eager to get a postseason win, but they will have to upset a tough Northwestern team to get one this year.
