SEC basketball report card

One week of non-conference play remains before SEC basketball enters the second half of the term, and SEC basketball is in a good place.

Despite some exam week bombs, the SEC ranks number two in conference RPI with Missouri, Arkansas, and Texas A&M ranked in the top ten.

Overall, the SEC basketball report card looks good.

Ten SEC basketball teams rank in the top 60 of the RPI.

Seven SEC basketball teams rank in the top 50 NCAA RPI.

Ten SEC basketball team’s non-conference strength of schedule ranks in the top 150.  Seven SEC basketball teams are receiving mention in the Associated Press Top 25.

The opportunity to grade out at the top of the NCAA class in March is waiting for over half of the SEC basketball teams.
