Wednesday, Kirby Smart signed the top guards in America, both from Georgia. Tonight, Mark Fox got one, also.

Ashton Hagan, the nationally ranked number two point guard in America, committed tonight to play basketball for the University of Georgia. Hagan is the top 2019 prospect in Georgia, and the eleventh ranked prospect in the country.

The 6’4” Hagan is an explosive player notorious for driving and dishing. He sparkled during the recent AAU summer circuit, demonstrating dominance in all aspects of the game.

Hagan plays his high school ball at Newton County High school in Covington. He is the highest ranked prospect garnered by Georgia basketball head coach Mark Fox.
