Aggies lose twice

Before conference play, Texas A&M appeared to be the class of the SEC. The Aggies opened conference play with a 79-57 loss to Alabama in Tuscaloosa on Saturday. That was followed up with an 83-66 shellacking by the Gators

Ole Miss also won, defeating South Carolina 74 – 69 in Oxford.

With a road win a piece, Florida and Auburn take command of the first hundred yards of the marathon race that is the SEC conference schedule. With a home loss apiece already, Texas A&M and Tennessee have work to do.
