Quindarious “Smoke” Monday-Safety

Aside from having one of the coolest names ever, Smoke Monday also has the privilege of being the recruit most likely to start for the Tigers on day one.

Auburn is losing its top three safeties from last year in Tray Matthews, Stephen Roberts and Nick Ruffin.

Rising sophomore Jordyn Peters saw a lot of action last year as a freshman and will probably lock up one of the two starting safety spots, but that still leaves one spot open.

Monday is already enrolled at Auburn, is on campus and participated in bowl practices with the Tigers.

He’s also already drawn rave reviews from coaches and players alike including safety Tray Matthews.

Don’t be surprised to see Smoke in the starting lineup when the Tiger’s game with Washington rolls around in September.
