Coming off an amazing first four game stretch that saw them climb from twenty-fifth in the AP poll to fifth, the LSU football team is heating up at just the right time.

Starting on September 29, the LSU football team is entering into a four game stretch that will make or break their season. Consisting of high-powered offenses and defenses, these four games before Alabama will truly test where LSU‘s 2018 season will finish.

UPDATE:

LSU welcomed number two ranked Georgia into Death Valley this past weekend and rudely treated the  Dawgs to a 36 – 16 thrashing.  After previously dominating Ole Miss 45 – 16  and dropping a defensive struggle to Florida 19 – 27, the Bayou Bengal Tigers close out the murderers row stretch with a visit from Mississippi State.

After the loss to Florida, the Tigers can still win three out of four games, and I’d say that would be  a success. Anything less than that, after the start to the 2018 season, would be catastrophic for fan morale, team morale, and recruiting.
