While Kentucky has had an impressive start to their season, their three SEC football wins we’re touting are all teams who aren’t exactly measuring sticks. Compare that to Auburn who has a win over Washington and a one-point loss to LSU, and you’ll see where I’m coming from.

Auburn’s defense is absolutely stunning, and Kentucky has a menacing rushing attack. On a neutral field, I think Auburn beats Kentucky handily. That’s why Auburn gets the edge.

LSU has an impressive resume with two, top-ten wins over Auburn and Miami. The Tigers have an improved offense and an extremely athletic defense that has led them to an impressive 5-0 start. With a rough four game stretch coming that includes home games against Georgia and Alabama, LSU will see what they’re made of.
