National Signing Day 2019 is finally over, and the classes are set, signed and ready to begin their journey into college. The SEC, like usual, had a great day. However, out of the 14 teams, these six schools had the best day.

The February signing day isn’t nearly as big as it used to be. Now, the day is for schools to finalize classes, seal the deal with the few stragglers and move onto the recruiting class.

SEC schools have always been dominant forces in the recruiting world, especially Alabama and Georgia the last couple of years fighting for that top spot.

If we’re looking at the 2019 class, the Bulldogs sit at the top of Rival’s team rankings, but the Tide hold that No. 1 spot on the other sites.

In terms of this ranking, we will use the 247Sports Composite rankings. Seven of the top 12 teams are SEC schools.

Missouri and Vanderbilt are the only two schools outside the top-25 rankings. The Commodores rank No. 53 and the Tigers rank No. 36.

However, of the 14 schools, these six stood out to me. Each team put together impressive classes and either checked off all their needs or most of them. Some of these schools continued their recruiting success and others found some success on Wednesday.

Some teams flipped others big prospects while others got players to commit and stay loyal. Who missed out and who nailed National Signing Day? These six teams nailed both National Signing Days.

The SEC continues to show its dominance on the field and in recruiting and why its the best conference in college football. These six teams rocked out this recruiting cycle and in my opinion are the best of the SEC for the 2019 recruiting classes.
