Next on the list is  Texas A&M  and its 2019 recruiting class. On 247Sports rankings, the Aggies have the No. 4 overall class and the No. 3 in the SEC. However, on my list, they rank as the fifth-best SEC recruiting class.

Texas A&M filled every need it had for the 2019 class and really didn’t lose out on any significant prospects. Head coach Jimbo Fisher has always been a good recruiter, and that will likely only get better in a state like Texas.

As a whole, the class includes two 5-stars, 14 4-stars, and 11 3-stars.

The Aggies signed an impressive receiver class and found another tight end to help try and replace Jace Sternberger. Replacing Sternberger is four-star Baylor Cupp, the No. 1 tight end in the country.

They also got 6-4 wideout Dylan Wright, who is a big-bodied receiver that can catch anything to come his way. He’s got speed and will be a good asset for the Aggies.

However, the big grab for Texas A&M is 5-star defensive tackle DeMarvin Leal, the No. 2 DT in the country.  The Aggies needed some depth in that area and got some with Leal and four others.

One of the best pickups for Texas A&M was 3-star quarterback Zach Calzada.

Despite only being a three-star, he was a quarterback a lot of other SEC schools wanted on their teams. Georgia looked at him before going elsewhere because Calzada is from Buford, Georgia.

He will be one that will be fun to watch for because he has a fire inside him and is a competitor.

Texas A&M sits at fifth on this list because it signed what it needed to and didn’t lose any major prospects to SEC rivals.

Fisher has a lot of talent to work with now, and with some of these guys, 2019 could be the class to help get the Aggies on the map in the SEC West.
