Opening Round Schedule for the SEC

The opening round of the NCAA Tournament begins around lunch on Thursday, March 21. Four SEC schools play their first game on Thursday and the other three on Friday.

Midwest First Round – Salt Lake City, Utah

No. 5 Auburn vs. No. 12 New Mexico St. @ 1:30 p.m. on TNT

West First Round – Des Moines, Iowa

No. 7 Nevada vs. No. 10 Florida @ 6:50 p.m. on TNT

Midwest First Round – Jacksonville, Fla.

No. 2 Kentucky vs. No. 15 Abilene Christian @ 7:10 p.m. on CBS

Friday, March 22

South First Round – Columbia, S.C.

No. 8 Ole Miss vs. No. 9 Oklahoma @ 12:40 p.m. on TruTV

South First Round – Columbus, Ohio

No. 2 Tennessee vs. No. 15 Colgate @ 2:45 p.m. on CBS

East First Round – San Jose, Calif.

No. 5 Mississippi State vs. No. 12 Liberty @ 7:27 p.m. on TruTV
