UGA Football Dream Coaching Staff – Strength & Conditioning

Even though Cochran was just hired as the special teams coordinator for Georgia this year, he’d be the ideal person to do what he did at Alabama with so much success for so long, and that’s run the strength and conditioning program for the Dawgs. Rarely did any team ever out-condition the Crimson Tide when Cochran was there, and his toughness is legendary.

UGA Football Dream Coaching Staff – Special Teams Coach

Georgia’s special teams were never quite as special as they were when Scott Fountain was in Athens. He helped pull together what had been a weakness for the Bulldogs for many years, keeping the unit as one of the most solid in the country as well as coaching standouts such as Lou Groza Award winner Rodrigo Blankenship and one of the best kick returners in the SEC at the time, Mecole Hardman.

UGA Football Dream Coaching Staff – Consultant, Recruiting Coordinator

It would be hard to compile this list without including Mark Richt in some way. Richt is still well-loved among the Bulldog faithful and is still respected by coaches all over the nation, including Nick Saban. Richt could serve in a consultant role, offering his experience and advice, and could coordinate the recruiting efforts with guys like Garner and Friend on his staff.
