Auburn vs LSU: The Tiger Bowl
Maybe 50 years ago this was an acceptable name, but now we’ve added the Missouri Tigers into the mix in the SEC as well as having the Clemson Tigers and Memphis Tigers getting a lot of national eyes. It’s time to just stop celebrating such a commonality.
The only thing more confusing for fans than the “Tiger Bowl” would be the “Bulldog Bowl”.
Let’s at least spice it up a little and pull a name from the annals of literature and one of the most famous tigers of all.
