As you’d likely expect, Alabama Football has once again brought to Tuscaloosa one of the nation’s top overall recruiting classes. One that is ranked second in both the country and SEC behind only Texas A&M, many of these names in Alabama’s 2022 class could play key roles for the Crimson Tide this upcoming season, some of which we saw during A-Day.

Looking at this 2022 Alabama Football recruiting class overall, which five names should you know in particular?

Biggest Immediate Impact – WR Aaron Anderson

For an Alabama Football team that is tasked with replacing their top three receivers in 2022, it seems likely that at-least one of the Crimson Tide’s wideouts in this 2022 class will play a significant role this season. When looking for the most-likely of that group to do that, Anderson you could argue is the name to watch for.

The highest-rated of the Crimson Tide’s 2022 receiver class, Anderson is coming off an impressive spring in Tuscaloosa, one that only continued to add to the hype surrounding the freshman wideout.

A four-star prospect from Edna Karr High School in Louisiana, Anderson has truly elite speed for his position, and is tough to stop in the open field where that speed is a difference maker. Capable of lining up all over the field, Anderson could be a dangerous player altogether for this Alabama team in 2022, one that will likely see time on special teams as well.

Yes, Alabama’s other freshman wide receivers such as early-enrollee Kendrick Law, Shazz Preston, Isaiah Bond, and Kobe Prentice could all easily make a significant impact in 2022. However, based on his success during the spring and his versatility, it’s hard to imagine Anderson not as a key piece of this 2022 Crimson Tide offense.
